Caitlyn grew up in Grapevine, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2012. She worked on Associate staff in Texas before moving to Nashville in 2020 and began working with collegiate Navigators. She enjoys all things outside, playing with her puppy Murphy, and discipling women! She loves using the skills God has given her as a teacher as well as discipling and loving women throughout The Navigators!
